  • Proposals supplied by core3 are valid only for 45 days after the date listed on the document. The prices listed only apply to that proposal, and are not applicable to other projects.
  • Price quotes listed on proposals are not fixed costs. They are estimations that are subject to change if the scope or understanding of the project change in the view of core3.
  • Upon final payment of work performed for web development, the client owns all graphics, HTML code, and text from the web site. The following are proprietary and not included: core3's email marketing system and content management systems.
  • Core3 assumes no legal responsibility for content posted on the client's web site after it has been launched.
  • Updates performed after the launch of a web site will be subject to core3's current hourly rates at the time of the updates, unless the client has a maintenance agreement that dictates a different rate.
  • Web site updates are billed at 30 minute minimums.
  • Core3's content management systems are the property of core3. They can be used and modified without core3's consent for the project they were developed for. They may not be replicated or modified for other domains or web sites.
  • The cost of stock photography used on a client's web site will be billed seperately to the client by core3. After stock photography has been paid for by the client, core3 will provide the original files of the images to the client for future use at their discretion. After the client has approved (either in writing or verbally) the use of such stock photography, refunds are not applicable.
  • E-Commerce web sites involve third party costs that are the responsiblity of the client. These may include: an annual web site security certificate, merchant account fees, and authorize gateway fees.
  • Core3 has the right to terminate any propoals, projects, or maintenance agreements with just cause. In the case of projects, the client would only be responsible for the cost of work performed prior to the termination date.
