	Diagnostic Fee	In store test of your pc or laptop hardware and software followed by an estimate for hardware and labor. Diagnostic fees are waived if final repairs are complete by Core3.		$59.95
	Laptop Jack Repair (parts incl.)	A technician will disassemble your laptop and remove the motherboard to solder a new laptop DC power jack and then reassemble your laptop. DC repairs carry no guarantee.		$199.99 (Rush fee: $35)
	Operating System repair or re-install	Complete with driver, software and operating system updates including Microsoft Windows Updates.		$149.95
	Virus or MalWare Removal	Removal of viruses and or spyware including performance optimization and security configuration with latest antivirus and antispyware products.		$189.95
	Data Recovery	Affordable solutions to customers who experience data loss via failed hard drive or other disaster. Core3 uses tools and software to make every attempt to recovery your data.		$249.99
	Helpdesk	Certified technicians on hand to quickly resolve your technology questions or issues. We use fast and secure remote connection software so we provide remote support no matter where you are in the world.		$89.00 per hour
	Rush Fee	We understand that some of our customers can’t go a day without their personal computer and that’s why we offer rush services to those who need it.		$50.00
