 LaKritz-Weber (www.lakritzweber.com)
LaKrtiz-Weber is a retail real estate company specializing in the leasing of shopping centers and freestanding retail buildings, sale leasebacks and land acquisition, and disposition. LaKritz-Weber came to Core3 requesting a web site to separate themselves from their competition. They didn't want another boring, corporate site and wanted to adopt a presence that was more creative and unique — something that speaks to the retail industry. Out of this was born the new LaKritz-Weber web site. Check it out and see the subtle touches we put throughout the site.
In addition to the new look and feel, Core3 also developed an extensive backend content management system to allow LaKritz-Weber to control every aspect of their web site internally.

Toggin is an online community that facilitates social communication and interaction for college students. Core3's team spent many months of planning, desiging and programming Toggin. We worked to utilize the latest in web 2.0 trends and technologies, creating a more interactive and visually appealing experience for the users. Want to learn more? Visit the What is Toggin? page.
This unique approach to college social networking is currently in a public beta testing mode, but is set to make a splash in the market in the fall of '08.
 Kalamata Greek Cafe

Set to open shortly, Kalamata Greek Cafe is located at Crooks and Big Beaver. Kalamata wanted a fresh new web site for the opening of their cafe.

 Comtech is a distributor/representative for several leading manufacturers of high quality spring and parts handling machinery. Core3 built Comtech a marketing-based web site that is both educational and easy to navigate for the end user.
