Simplified rates and now open Saturday's!
As part of our constant effort to continually offer more to our customers, we are proud to announce that we are now open for walk-in computer service and repair on Saturday's, beginning this Saturday, October 10th. We will be open from 11 AM to 3 PM every Saturday for customers who wish to drop-off or pick-up a computer. In addition to walk-in service, our helpdesk line will also be open for paid helpdesk support and CoreSupport customers. After-hours charges will not be incurred during the open hours of operation.
After hours upon hours of poking, prodding, and testing, we are very excited to re-introduce our Business Critical NOW Network Monitoring. In addition to being a stand-alone service offering, our new business monitoring suite is also integrated into all of our new CoreSupport packages. Offering even more proactive maintenance, executive reporting, and client access to data, our new CoreSupport packages continue to keep is light years ahead of our competitors.
We are also introducing a new simplified billing structure and rates. Effective Monday, August 12, 2009, our on-site business rate for desktop work and server work will be combined in to one fee while most of our home on-site and carry-in repairs will now carry a flat rate for all service, rather than an hourly fee. Our average response time and turn-around time continues to be among the industry's best.
